This is my birth story, I know… super long video (skip to 18:16 if you want to just hear the story) but this is for my core followers who want to know all the details, I also share a lot of my views and beliefs in this video. I want to say that there was nothing that went wrong with the home birth that made me end up in the hospital, it was just that my body "wasn't cooperating" and therefore I needed medication/surgery to move things along. For my second pregnancy, I would definitely still consider a home birth as it was such a great experience being able to labor at home, moving freely and feeling comfortable. I am thankful to all my birthing team, including the doctors and nurses at the hospital.
