If you have run Facebook Ads at all, you know that this is a major change and will impact everyone advertising on the platform. But lets start here…
Whats a CBO?
– Your budget is going to be at the campaign level, not the ad set level anymore. This means that you will be giving Facebook more control on how to spend the money and acquire a customer, which is both a good and bad thing. How to start a CBO?
– You should put a handful of adsets into a CBO that are working as regular ad set budgets.
– Or if you are starting a CBO from scratch, launch it how you normally would, but just turn on the CBO option at the campaign level. Once you launch the campaign, you can duplicate the adsets and add in as many as you would like I overall believe that this is a good shift, but it's going to come with it's share of backlash. Lots of advertisers will struggle to make this transition successfully. At the end of the day, Facebook Ads is always going to change. It's both a good and bad thing, so you just need to stay ahead of the curve and learn things like this as quick as possible. There's so much money to be made in the eCommerce industry, so take advantage of it! Drop a LIKE if you enjoyed the video!
