Without that main variable in place, everything else you are doing is a waste of time and money. As I explained in this video slightly, my main product research strategy consists of me seeing a product getting a lot of engagement/social proof, then from there I will check with suppliers (primarily AliExpress) to see if it is getting orders. That lets me know its a trending product that could potentially be a winner, and that I should test it. 2) Your marketing & advertising strategy needs to be specific and on point if you want to start seeing results, especially if you have no data on Facebook Ads. Building your pixel from scratch, especially when it comes to eCommerce, is one of the most unknown skills that I have been able to nail down over the last 3-4 years. That skill alone is what allows me to get sales right off the bat, and scale a new Shopify store quickly, while still maintaining healthy profit margins. And the final thing I recommend you do, which is more of a person thing that I went through, is do NOT spend a single dollar on marketing until you have properly learned what to do in each situation, and are confident when executing it.
