Renovating And Renting Out My First Property This is a quick update video on a video I made a couple weeks ago where i talked about buying my first rental home, in that video i went over how i financed the home, how much i paid as the downpayment, what kind of loan i got and also did a full house tour. Now two weeks later I did some minor renovating and wanted to make a video on what i did and how much it all cost. In this video I also go over how much i am renting out the property for as i already have tenants lined up to move into it.
