_________________________________________________________________________ Why I Don't Save Money Anymore… In this vide I get a little bit more on the personal side when talking about my personal finances. I explain how once I built up a certain size emergency fund, I no longer needed to add any additional money to my savings. This is a little bit different than most peoples approach to money which is to save. I actually don't like having too much money sitting in cash. My investment strategy is focused on real estate investing, the stock market (including index funds, mutual funds & individually selected stocks) along with some crypto currency and different things. The goal with my investments are to keep them as automated as possible to produce passive income cash flow. From a business approach, it can be a little different. Certain times of the year has higher spending volume for my company, but I keep all of that separate from my personal income/savings. My businesses have cash reserves and operational capital as needed. It has never been an issue and I pay very close attention to that. This might not be the most traditional investing approach, but it works for me. I have studied many different strategies from very aggressive ones, all the way to the most conservative ones possible like Dave Ramsey. That experience of studying and actually doing it has helped teach me how to be a millionaire and how to be responsible when it comes to personal finance and investing.
