They moved in just 2 months ago and are already causing huge issues. Damage to the property, unauthorized pets, weapons on the property, throwing a party and refusing to pay rent, among many other things. This property has been skyrocketing in value and was suppose to be a smooth single family rental property that produces a 5-6% cash on cash return.
